Terms for the Plan Conmigo MVP

Responsible use

Use Plan Conmigo only for invitations and content you can lawfully and respectfully share.

• Do not create or share harmful, illegal, threatening, abusive, or misleading content.
• Do not include another person's private information without their permission.
• You are responsible for the invitation content you create and for the people with whom you share its public link.

Free: invitations for one person

Includes the six current templates and six styles. You can create and edit drafts, preview, publish, share, and archive your invitations.

• Up to 3 unarchived invitations at a time.
• Up to 1 published invitation at a time.
• Each personal invitation stores a single positive response after confirmation. The name and message are optional. A confirmed response cannot be edited.
• The playful negative answer on a personal invitation is not saved.

Premium: groups, too

Premium: €1.99/month. Includes Free features, Group invitations with up to 25 confirmed responses per invitation, up to 20 active invitations and 5 published at a time.

Group features are available to accounts with this access enabled. Purchasing or subscribing to Premium is not yet available.

• Up to 20 unarchived invitations at a time.
• Up to 5 published invitations at a time. A closed Group still counts while published; archiving it frees its space.
• Each Group stores up to 25 confirmed responses. Both Yes and No count toward this limit; not answering does not save a response.
• A name is required and a message is optional. Choosing Yes or No saves nothing until final confirmation.
• Each Group needs a response deadline within 90 days of publication. Saved responses can be edited before closing, even at 25 responses. If Premium access expires normally, published Groups keep their authorized deadline.
• The response list and totals are private to the creator. The browser lets guests recognize and edit a response; it does not verify a person's identity or guarantee one response per person.

Service availability

Plan Conmigo is an evolving MVP. We aim to keep it available and reliable, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur.

Changes to the MVP

The service and these terms may change as the MVP develops. We will keep this page aligned with the features that are actually available and will not treat future paid features as part of the current service.
