Your information
Privacy at Cita App
This page explains, in simple terms, what information the current Cita App MVP uses and why.
Information used by the app
- Your account email and sign-in information are handled by Supabase, our authentication and data provider.
- We keep the invitation content you create so you can manage and share it.
- If a guest accepts, they may choose to share a name and message. Both are optional.
- A functional response token is saved in the guest's browser so the app can remember that the invitation was already answered there.
Public invitation links
Anyone who has an invitation link may open it while the invitation is published. Share these links only with people you want to invite.
Draft and archived invitations are not available through their public links.
Technical error monitoring
The MVP may use privacy-limited technical error monitoring to detect and fix failures. This is not product analytics or marketing tracking. The app is configured to avoid sending account data, invitation content, guest messages, passwords, tokens, or full request and user details.
What the current MVP does not use
- No product analytics.
- No marketing tracking.
- We do not sell your data.
- No payment data, because the current MVP has no payments.
Your choices
You decide what invitation content to create and whether to publish or share it. Guests decide whether to add their optional name or message. Archiving an invitation makes its public link unavailable but does not delete the invitation.
